Return Period
If you are not satisfied with your BlueLightGlasessReview products for any reason, it may be returned within the Return Period. The Return Period is 60-days from the date of delivery. This means you have 60 days after receiving the item to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@bluelightglassesreview.com and include your order number and state the reason for return (e.g. didn't fit, or other issue). We will respond within 24 hours to your email to confirm the return details.
Return Shipping - USA Customers
For customers located in the USA, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it to a shipping box or envelope covering up any other labels, and then drop off the item at a USPS post office location to start the process. After we receive the product your refund will be issued within 2-3 days using the original method of payment. NOTE: the pre-paid shipping label will arrive via a separate automated email from BlueLightGlassesReview.com and may be automatically filtered into a "Promotions" folder or classified as "Spam". Please check these folders in your email client to ensure you do not miss the automated message.
Return Shipping - International Customers
For customers located outside the USA we are unable to provide a pre-paid label. Please purchase appropriate postage at your local post office.
Please get a tracking number for your package and share it with us via email. If the package is held by US customs please let us know so that we may be of assistance.
Damages and Shipment Errors
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as prescription glasses or glasses with custom frames) cannot be returned. Bulk orders (including Pro Pack and any order over 100 units) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
Authorized returns are automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Free Shipping
Orders are eligible for free shipping to addresses in the USA using USPS First Class Package service with expected delivery in 2-5 days for most locations. Other shipping services such as UPS may be available at the customer's expense.
Shipping Time
Orders received before 2:00 PM Pacific Time are normally processed and shipped on the same day, and by the next day for orders received after 2:00 PM. However, all shipping and handling times are on a "best effort" basis and cannot be guaranteed. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification by email and/or SMS text message when your order has shipped.
International Orders
We are able to ship products worldwide using UPS and postal mail services. Please note that our site does not collect import duty and taxes - you may be asked to pay additional duty and taxes by the shipping carrier prior to or after delivery of the product.
Products Warranty
Products sold on this Site are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If you believe that your product may be defective, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and take any steps necessary to correct the problem.
Custom Orders
Custom orders including prescription glasses require additional processing time to manufacture the item, which typically takes approximately 4-6 weeks. You will receive a notification by email and/or SMS text message when your order has shipped.
